Permitting
A fundamental process for any signage or rebranding project is to obtain Local Authority Permits.
We coordinate the application for and procurement of necessary permits. Without the Authority approves in advance, all relevant signage relating to specific sites cannot be produced, signage manufactured and installed prior an approval from the local authority is done so at risk.
Local Authority Permits
Our role is to provide the necessary approved support documentation. This is known as the 'Site Control Document' it is to included graphic representations, etc. If permits are not required, our local in region teams will obtain written confirmation from the governing authority to that effect.
Landlord Approvals
In addition to overseeing the procurement of permits, we will coordinate securing landlord approvals for all signs as required.
