Quality control

When investing in your brand and the branded asset, quality control is paramount. Prior to installation we will inspect the manufactured product anywhere in the world through our in region project offices.

first run production article inspections

First run product inspection from each sign vendor selected is paramount to insure that all branding and fabrication details meet project specifications. We will direct the sign vendor to make any required corrections on any deficiencies before approval to move forward onto general production.

inspection & testing, final production

We provide periodic detailed on-site manufacturing inspections to insure schedule compliance, quality control, and specification compliance.
Any manufacturing deficiencies will be reported immediately with recommendations for corrective actions and conduct any necessary follow-up to insure deficiencies have been corrected.

installation inspections & signoff

As a final quality control process, it is critical that a site installation inspections is carried out to verify that all signage elements have been properly installed and meet with program specifications.  Signage is inspected in both day and night conditions and a detailed “punch list inspection” report will produced for the manufacture to undertake.
