The first step in brand implementation is Strategic Planning. We work with our clients to develop a comprehensive and concise implementation strategy. What has to be done? When does it have to be done? Where are the various facilities located? What are the costs going to be? Who will be involved? What are the client’s goals? These are all issues addressed through strategic planning.

Scope of Work

In developing an overall strategy, we first determine the Scope of Work. It is critical to define exactly what will be involved in the brand implementation. For example, what specific branding items are involved? What facilities will be impacted? To what degree will on-site operations be affected? Who will be involved from the Client’s team? Defining these types of issues and understanding the parameters of the project are paramount to developing the remainder of the project strategy.

Timelines and Schedules

Timing has a direct impact on so many aspects of brand implementation. Project success depends on the development of, and adherence to, a detailed and realistic implementation schedule. Identifying critical dates and milestones, identifying critical project tasks, understanding how the various tasks affect one another and assigning ownership of the critical tasks are all part of developing a detailed project schedule. Utilizing our extensive experience and client input, we develop extraordinarily detailed project schedules to ensure the successful implementation of the branding elements.

Cost Management

The proper funding of a brand implementation project requires accurately determining project costs and establishing a project budget. Based on the scope of work ("what and where"), project schedules ("when"), and required resources ("by whom"), we develop accurate budgets and costs analysis. As the project progresses, we track the project costs against the budget.
